Risk Asessment

Here is my half of the Risk Assessment for three of our locations:

Park	Ground being damp and people falling over	Actors and crew	medium	Try to film on a dry day where the grass won’t be too slippery
Park	Uneven ground/pavement	Actors and crew	medium	Try to find even flooring and if not make sure everyone is aware and being careful
Girls Bedroom	Wires	Actors and Crew	High	Collect all wires together or us a mat to cover them. Make sure everyone is aware of where they are
Girls Bedroom	Props lying on the floor	Actress	Medium	Make sure the is aware where they are on the floor whilst filming
Girls Bedroom	Low ceiling in area’s, people may hit their heads	Actors and Crew	Medium	Make everyone aware and try not to film in them
Street	Damp Floor	Actors and Crew	Medium	Film on a dry day
Street	Uneven Flooring	Actors and Crew	Medium	Find an areas with even flooring and make sure everyone is aware
