Minutes of Meeting: Planning Production

Objective: Discuss ideas for Video                                    Location: Mac room

Item 1: Which Video?

·         We decide to combine both as each stroyboard had good idea's and elements that we could combine.

·         The beginning will be my storyline

·         Change the end to split screen of them getting ready and then meeting

 Item 2: Filming Locations

·         Play on sports – Nicky’s workplace, for the café/restaurant and bar

·         Girls Bedroom – Connie’s room or a Friends room

·         Boys Room – Actor’s Room

·         Park – Central Park, Eastham

·         Street – Olive Road, Plaistow

·         Recce and Risk assessment for locations will be split equally to complete

Item 3: Cast

·         Main Girl Actress – Sophie/Steph

·         With other girl and guy we are going to ask our main actress if there is anyone they feel comfortable with

 Item 4: Responsibilities

·         We decided to split the roles between us so we each get to add our input in

·         Nicky’s mainly going to film the end section with the split screen and date as it was from his storyboard and Connie will do the beginning as it is from hers, however we will both add in input

 Item 5: Equipment and Props

·         The main prop we will need is a guitar, and Nicky has one so he is in charge of bringing that

·         Connie will do hair and makeup because she does makeovers as part of her job at work

·         We will equally share the responsibility of booking and returning equipment, therefore it will alternate each time.

·         Connie will get the first lot of equipment on Thursday: a camera and a dolly.
